SimplifyMe is a free, web-based tool designed to help users organize, simplify, and manage their task lists using Artificial Intelligence. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.
3. User Content & Public Links
You are solely responsible for the text, data, and "brain dumps" you submit to the App. Because SimplifyMe operates without user accounts and uses shareable URL links to access saved lists, you acknowledge that any person who possesses the unique link to your list can view and modify its contents. You agree not to upload highly sensitive, illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
4. Artificial Intelligence
The core feature of SimplifyMe relies on third-party Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI) to rewrite and categorize your tasks. AI systems can occasionally produce inaccurate, unexpected, or irrelevant results. We are not responsible or liable for the AI's interpretations of your tasks or any consequences arising from relying on the AI-generated checklists.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
SimplifyMe makes no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the creators of SimplifyMe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, missed deadlines, or exposed information.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. By continuing to use the App after updates are made, you agree to the revised terms.
